When will my laundry be picked up?
We offer flexible pickup windows throughout Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. When you schedule online, you can choose your preferred day and time. Most residential pickups occur between 6 pm to 8 pm during weekdays and 10 am to 1 pm on weekends.
What should I put my laundry in?
For your first pickup, any disposable bag or your own laundry basket works perfectly. We handle the sorting for you! After your first service, many customers choose to use their own reusable bags, and we return your clothes perfectly folded and ready for the drawer.
How does billing and weighing work?
We weigh your laundry at our facility using professional-grade scales. You are billed at $2.09 per pound (with a 15 lb minimum). Once the weight is confirmed, your card on file is processed, and you'll receive a digital receipt via email before delivery.
Can I reschedule or cancel my pickup?
Yes! We know life happens. You can reschedule or cancel your pickup through your online account or by contacting us up to 4 hours before your window begins without any fees. No long-term contracts mean you use us only when you need us.
What about special care or delicate items?
Please place any delicate items that require hang-drying or special attention in a separate, clearly labeled bag within your main load. We treat your clothes with the highest care, follow all garment labels, and never mix your laundry with anyone else's.
